Agreement to Terms
By subscribing to Rehnuma services or using our website (defaris.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Description
Rehnuma provides family care coordination services in Pakistan for overseas Pakistanis. Services include but are not limited to: family welfare visits, emergency assistance coordination, grocery and errands support, bill payment assistance, medicine pickup, hospital coordination, and monthly family status reports. Specific services are detailed in each subscription plan.
Subscription & Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payment is due at the beginning of each subscription period
- Accepted payment methods: international bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, JazzCash, Easypaisa
- All prices are listed in USD; local currency equivalents may vary
- Invoices and payment confirmations are sent via email
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month
- No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period

Service Limitations
- We strive to provide all services as described, however:\n\n• Emergency response times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control\n• Geographic coverage is currently limited to Lahore and specified areas\n• We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from pre-existing medical conditions\n• We are not a replacement for professional medical or legal services
Liability
Rehnuma acts as a care coordination facilitator. We exercise all reasonable care and professionalism in our service delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Confidentiality
All client and family information shared with us is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Our staff is bound by confidentiality agreements and we will not disclose your information to unauthorized parties.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
